Laser Cutting
JSE provides 3 types of cutting : Flat sheet, 5 axis cutting and 6 axis tube processing.
Benefits to our customers include:
1. Parts will have a shorter lead time, all parts will be the same profile, and to production quality.
2. Parts will not need expensive tooling to trim the outside of the part or tooling to produce holes in the parts.
3. Parts can have their profiles modified by re programming the laser - no need to modify a press tool.
ROTARY LASER CUTTING
By simultaneously controlling up to 6 axis we can cut profiles at the correct angle for example when a pipe intersects another pipe, we can therefore chamfer a hole after cutting the hole or chamfer the end of a pipe or section. These types of cutting can not be done on traditional laser machines with a rotary chuck as these types of machines can not align the laser beam to the correct direction of cut giving poor results.
