Laser Cutting
JSE provide 3 types of cutting : Flat sheets, 5 axis trimming and full simultaneous 6 axis tube processing.
Benefits to our customers include:
1. Prototype parts will have a shorter lead time, all parts will be the same profile, and to production quality.
2. Production parts will not need expensive tooling to trim the outside of the part or tooling to produce holes in the parts.
3. Prototype and Production parts can have there outside profile and holes cut.
ROTARY LASER CUTTING
By simultaneously controlling up to 6 axis we can cut profiles at the correct angle for example when a pipe intersects another pipe, we can therefore chamfer a hole after cutting the hole or chamfer the end of a pipe or section. These types of cutting can not be done on traditional laser machines with a rotary chuck as these types of machines can not align the laser beam to the correct direction of cut giving poor results.
